Perspective employees must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. We are seeking applicants who are courteous, timely, dependable and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Please be eager and willing to receive guidance, work hard, contribute and collaborate in a way that best serves colleagues, children, families and our community with Cornerstone Montessori, LLC’s vision and core values in mind.

You must also demonstrate the physical agility and strength necessary to actively engage and interact with children in our indoor and outdoor learning environments and lift children up to 40 pounds. Montessori certification, CDA credential and/or related early childhood education, and at least one year of classroom experience is beneficial, but we will assist the right candidate in obtaining the necessary training for employment and advancement. Compensation is based on education, experience and position, and benefits will be discussed upon hire.
